“Hand Me My Two-Edged Sword”

As I reached into the backseat for our Bibles, after parking the car for a Bible study at church the other night,my 16 year old son in his deepest possible warrior voice says to me:

“Hand me my two-edged sword.”
We both laughed. It was a funny moment.
If you think about it, the Bible is the most powerful weapon we (Christians) could possibly wield in a fallen world…
Hebrews4:12
“For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.”

Nothing can do what scripture does:
