SIH TOTT ICONRev 13:3 KJV

(3) And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after this wild, dangerous beast.

In this section of Revelation, John is describing the “beast from the sea” which symbolizes the political kingdoms (governments) of this world throughout history. In the context of John’s vision, he sees Satan using these governments to oppose the Lord and His people.

One of the seven heads of this beast, John sees a “deadly wound”. The beast received this fatal wound at the cross of Christ…

Col 2:14-15 KJV -“Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.”
