Genesis 16:8

And he said, “Hagar, slave of Sarai, where have you come from, and where are you going?”

 Impatience. We are all guilty of it. Even Abraham, called the friend of God, was guilty of it. We all know how, back in Genesis Chapter 12, God had promised Abraham the following:

Genesis 12:2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:

That was the first clear promise from God to Abraham that he and his wife Sarah would produce an heir who would go on to become a great nation. We also know that Abraham began getting impatient rather quickly with waiting on God to fulfill His promise.
