My sight reading: But He said to them, “Where is your faith?” But fearing and marveling they said to one another, “Who is this that He also command the winds, and the water and they obey Him?”
In the Greek I think there is an emphasis on them continuously saying to one another. There seems to be also an emphasis of “the winds,” with this being moved up forward in the context before the verb even though it is the object and “the waters” being in the place we expect the object to be. This shows the amazement that they found it unbelievable that the winds powerful and typically uncontrollable it typically is, listens to Jesus!
