On This Day In Messianic Jewish History

Today’s post is an opportunity to consider the prayers in the liturgy of the Roman Catholic church in the weeks to come, particularly during Holy Week/Easter. My aim in these posts is too understand the history of Jewish believers in Yeshua (Jesus). To do this it is necessary to understand the influence of Judaism and Christianity, especially as it affects the emergence, identity and theology of Messianic Jews. We cannot ignore the influence of the Roman Catholic church, which has over the centuries had great impact, for good or ill, on the Jewish people.

Let us also pray for the Jews. That our Lord and God may enlighten their hearts, that they may acknowledge Jesus Christ as the Savior of all men. (Let us pray. Let us kneel. Let us stand.)
