Luke 9:48 (Like A Child)


THE RIVER WALK

Then he said to them, “Anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my behalf welcomes me, and anyone who welcomes me also welcomes my Father who sent me. Whoever is the least among you is the greatest. (Luke 9:48)

Relate: I had been walking for quite a while and I was a bit exhausted. My goal was to just get out and pray, see some new sights, and enjoy myself. Well, I had arrived at my destination and the walk plus my lack of sleep prevented me from enjoying my view like I should have. I was hungry. The clouds were rolling in and it would soon be raining. There was no way I would make it back to my starting point without getting wet. I had no umbrella and no money with me to purchase one. The prospect was not enjoyable.
