Hearing Voices?

A Necessary Pain

“They are a nation without sense, there is no discernment in them.” Deuteronomy 32:28

It is incumbent upon a believer to possess the ability to differentiate between the many voices that whisper, utter, and even shout at us throughout the day. When God speaks, impossibilities materialize, the earth trembles, miracles take place, and demons flee. God does not do anything by happenstance or accident. One way that I know whether it is God speaking to me or my flesh or that of our enemy is to look, by faith, for the evidence of what I heard. If what I heard does not manifest than it was not the Lord. It may have been the adversary or my imagination. Why would the adversary attempt to mimic the voice of God and why would my imagination tell me things that are not true?
