Chained to a system
of monergocapitalism
any pleas for disentanglement
would don me the regalia of a
regressive
Subsumed under the economic
will
everything must be ground down
enslaved to the plasma screen TV
the human mind leveraged for
profit maximization
Human existence must stop being
a drag
on a system where ethics are
obstacles
to the augmentation of profit
margins
where humans are masters and
not
cogs in the economic machine
Sofia Kioroglo
I am a writer, a poet, a pilgrim, a missionary and a wife! I find writing to be a form of catharsis. My poems are imbued with deep empathy and begging for answers. Sometimes my lines are ovelaid with religious nuances only to provide a compass for my journey in life and jumping -off point for my inspiration. My poetry can be found online and in print.
