“Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this: He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun.” ~ Psalm 37:4-6

“Take delight in the Lord”; words that seems hard to remember at times but are worth holding on to. It’s worth forcing our flesh to abide in this promise. It’s worth fighting our inner thoughts and shutting them all down, with the guidance of the Lord. It’s worth losing people from our inner circle and having them not want to be around you. It’s worth it all even though we can’t begin to understand why it needed to happen that way. It’s worth it. It’s all worth it!
