I don’t know about you but every year I catch myself saying the same sentence. “Ok this year I will allow myself to have some alone time and not feel guilty for it.” I literally say this every year to myself in front of the mirror. Of course, every year this fails. I use to think it wasn’t God’s will for me to be alone since it never happened. It caused me to go through periods during the year where I was beyond my exhausted point. Exhausted to every extend. Exhausted in spirit, wife, mother, teacher, student, minister and so forth.
