
2 Corinthians 13:14 (ESV) – 14 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
When Christians speak of God, they speak of a triune God. He is Father, Son, and Spirit. He is not three Gods, but one. As one early church author wrote:
No sooner do I conceive of the One than I am illumined by the Splendor of the Three; no sooner do I distinguish Them than I am carried back to the One. When I think of any One of the Three I think of Him as the Whole, and my eyes are filled, and the greater part of what I am thinking of escapes me.
