Okay, I’m older now. Much older. It is easy to get impatient with me.
There are many things I do that are irritating.

I know a few things. I’ve spent a lifetime learning the hard lessons of being a disciple of Jesus. I know God is good and in a good mood.

The holy scripture presents growing old as a normal, natural part of life in this world. There is honor involved in the aging process, because growing old is normally accompanied by increased wisdom and experience.
